Neighbors of Faith Initiative
How can we love someone if we do not first seek to understand them?
By living out the Gospel and Christ's call to love our neighbors, we intentionally seek to build bridges, connections, relationships, and community with people from other cultures and faith traditions in Christlike Humility to bear witness to Christ.
Partnering
At UCLA, we currently partner with the University Religious Conference @ UCLA and it's Council of Chaplains to facilitate interfaith dialogue and to lead students into the ability to navigate diversity on secular campuses.
We also are working together with the URC and with a team of students to develop an Interfaith and Intercultural Class at UCLA.
ESL @ Our Redeemer, Winnetka
We have built a strong partnership between us, California State Northridge's Linguistic Department, and Our Redeemer Lutheran Church to offer ESL to the community, utilizing Graduate Students to work alongside Church volunteers to learn, teach, and grow in relationship with ESL Students.
